SHIPPING & RETURNS

LORD & LADY COFFEE ships to all provinces in Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the US at this time.

SHOPPERS: At the checkout, you can select free pick up at your organization that will be arranged by them. Or, you can select paid shipping in which case we ship directly to your address given.

ORGANIZATIONS: Delivery is arranged with the Lord & Lady team at the time of booking. 

SHIPPING TIMES: We are unable to predict the exact shipping time, although you are able to track your package and its whereabouts. We have had relatively short shipping times this year to date. Please contact Canada Post for further details and tracking.

RETURNS: We cannot accept returns on fresh roast coffee.
